Can a 5 day old puppy get parvo?

the pup just had a bloody bowel movement,is lethargic,and was the runt. it has not put on weight you can see its ribs it wont eat and it doesnt cry ,the mother died giving birth and this was the last pup born the mothers shots were current only 3 pups were born before she died the pups may have been exposed to something as my wife took them to visit a place where unimunized dogs were present
