What food would be good for my kitten?

I just recently got this kitten. Actually two days ago. I am very particular about my food. I have my older cat on Prairie Salmon and she does just fine on that. The kitten loves the food but, it is hard for him to eat it because he is teething right now. I tried giving him tiny amounts of canned food to see how he does on that, but he gets really bad diarrhea and really horrendous gas. I need to put him on something soon because he is a tiny little thing. I'm not sure what to put him on.
