A range/melee cl for runescape?

I don't know if its a hybrid or a pure, but I'm planning on making a cl, designed for pvp, to defeat noobs with range and melee skills.like open with range attacks and finish with a melee attack. Can you tell me what to put for stats. Like I know range is one of them, but I dont know if I shud put on def, str, and att. I want to keep my level as low aa possible. So can you guys make any suggestions? Or maybe I should just stick to range pure? If so can you tell me stats for that. So basically can give me an ultimate guide?? Thank you very much rs experts
