How many Styrofoam do I need for the nucleus of a neon atom?

I have to do a project in science. I have to make a 3D model of a neon atom. I know that I need 10 electrons around the nucleus. But how many are in the nucleus? Do I need 10 Styrofoam or 20? Can anyone help?
