What do you no about Tank Vision Khaos TK-250 sport bike?

These bikes are not popular around my area. But im looking for a cheap starter bike and someone is selling one with 1700 miles for $1100.. Another one with 2k miles went for $600 a few weeks ago. I was going to offer him $800. Nothings wrong with it.. But not sure if its worth buying..
