Good low calorie snacks?

Stick with simple, elemental foods, i.e., foods that are not processed. An apple is crunchy So is jicama. Explore new vegetables. Try a raw turnip, it's as a good as an apple, seriously! Try a Japanese radish. Try it with dill weed on it. Try sliced apples with a grating of nutmeg on them. Pull apart a head of romaine lettuce and eat only the heart of it. Try endive. Eat raw Sugar Peas (edible pod kind) with different combinations, is it better munched with finely shredded strands of bok choy, or better with slices of a big thick carrot. Try some other carrots besides those tiny ones and you will discover deeper flavors. Grate a beet & grate a carrot, mix them and decide if it tastes good or not or if it needs a squirt of lemon. Who knew? Keep a sense of humor about all this ...explore Strange New Worlds ...Experiment in the Good Food Department.
