Bat mitzvah question?

Ok so my bat mitzvah is in ELEVEN days.. i suck at most the prayers and i can barely read my portion... i'm not ready.. except we already sent out invites and i have out of town people coming........... what do i do?! and i have been practicing EVERYDAY and five times a day.. im hopeless..
