Basal Cell Carcinoma?

dreamer - While some skin cancers (malignant melanoma & squamous cell carcinoma) can spread to distant parts of the body (metastases) basal cell carcinoma (BCC) very rarely metastasizes. However, if not completely removed, a BCC can relentlessly spread in all directions and eat away an ever larger area of the body. Because the BCC so very rarely spreads, there is no need for any Stages or staging.
