All PERSONAL TRAINERS.....Please Help?
What kind of workout schedule/routine should I be doing in order to help me lose 30lb? Im a 5'4 Male, I weigh 182 lb and im 26 yrs old. Right now I am currently working out 5 days a week for about an hour a day. i start off with 20-25 minutes on the treadmill ...running at about a 6.0 treadmill speed. Then I hit the free weights and work on 2 body parts for like 20-25 minutes and then sometimes after I am finished with everything, I will hop on the elyptical glyder for about 1 mile(thats about 11 minutes). I thnk I eat healthy?....Breakfast I usually have either some Quaker Instant oatmeal or 2 hard boiled eggs(1 whole egg and 1 just egg white) with some OJ and a peice of whole grain toast. For a snack 2-3 hr later, I will have a fat free Yoplait yogurt. For lunch, I usually have a whole grain turkey sandwich with some Doritos and water or juice and then an apple or an Orange for desert. For afternoon snack, another Orange or apple or just a 90 calories granola bar. Then I hit the gym
