Can I sue my university for changing its course content two thirds through my course?

I am currently studying BA (HONS) Accountancy and Business Law, when I started this course, the specification indicated that I would be able to select Business Taxation and Business Tax Planning as part of my third year options, and I have now been informed that this is no longer the case, as I am on placement, and my final year starts in September, I am now stuck with options which I feel will not help me progress the way I had planned when I first chose this course almost 3 years ago. I was informed that the changes happening to the courses will not affect those already in the course but it seems this was not the right information. The University has offered me to take the missing modules but the modules wont count as part of my qualifying credits and worse still, since the modules have been moved to second year, they cannot guarantee that the timetables between third and second year will not clash! I am frustrated, I feel that the university is not helping me at all but rather expecting me to just give up and do what they want regardless of how detrimental it is to my future even though I have been a good student with no complaints on my record at all. I have trusted the university with my money and my future, all I wanted was for them to keep to their word that I'll get the modules I signed up for! so can I sue? Help!
